Buffet 100 person minimum
The Classic Wedding Buffet. Your suggested menu includes sliced Baked Ham, Seafood Newberg with Rice, choice of potato, choice of vegetable, tossed salad with two dressings, rolls and butter, and of course, one of our professional chefs carving fresh roasted Steamship Round of Beef on the buffet line. This is the all-time favorite for wedding service and it includes china, glassware, flatware, and staff.
